Job Description

Due to our continued growth, our Pensacola, Florida office is searching for experienced Asbestos, Lead, Mold and/or HAZMAT trained supervisors and technicians.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow concise instructions regarding work methods, safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Must be able to pass AHERA EPA Worker Training and other construction safety courses.
- Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs on a frequent basis.
- Must be able to work in confined spaces as necessary.
- Must be able to work in temperature extremes.
- Must be able to work in a respirator and protective clothing.
- Must be able to work from heights.
- Must be able to stand, bend, stoop or crouch at least 75% of the time.
- Must have a working knowledge of asbestos and construction regulations and must be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing the work performed by MARCOR.
- Must be able to pass the annual asbestos physical as detailed in 29 CFR 1926.1101 and must be able to comply with MARCOR's Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace Policy.
Additional Information
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous field experience in abatement, insulation, construction, or demolition desired
- Effective verbal communications and good interpersonal skills
- Neat, professional appearance
Compensation/Benefits
Negotiable depending on experience.
